PropertySend is an email marketing system allowing commercial real estate professionals to send their property listings to our fully vetted database of 120,000 commercial real estate buyers, brokers, agents, owners, and developers.

PropertySend has been in the email marketing business since 2010. Our email marketing platform returns the highest ROI than any other advertising medium. A recent Direct Marketing Association (DMA) study has concluded email marketing returns $44 for every $1 spent.

Email blasts can be purchased individually using our pay-per-blast pricing structure or you can select a monthly plan to save more and increase your volume. A single email blast is $129 per blast. We have monthly plans starting at $109/mo for 1 blast a month or up to 4 blasts per month for $299/mo which would save over $217/mo. Unused blasts never expire. If you need a higher volume than this, please contact a representative for our bulk pricing.

Creating an email blast is easy. Simply login to your account (or create an account if you don't have one), and click "Create A New Email Blast". You can then insert your subject line, reply email, and property information. Then choose the media format for your blast:

• Choose to upload a PDF/Img flyer as your blast body if you already have a single page teaser
• Choose one of our templates and use our click-to-edit email builder to put in your info & pictures
• Choose custom HTML if you have your own code from some other platform that you want to use

Then send yourself a preview, and schedule it for delivery!

The instructions will vary slightly based on what media type you are using to compose your email.

1. If you are using the PDF/Img option, then there is a box below your flyer where you can paste your link.
2. If you are using one of our templates, you simply type out the text like "Download Offering Memorandum" and you highlight that text and then click the hyperlink (chain link) icon. The popup will ask you for your URL which you just paste in.
3. If you are using your own custom code from another platform, you'll have to add the link before you paste the code to us.

The best option is to create the initial email and then schedule it. Once you've done that, you can click "copy" next to the blast on your dashboard. This will allow you to duplicate the campaign and schedule additional copies. You would make a new copy for each "resend" that you need to schedule.

Unlike a lot of email marketing services, we provide you access to the database to send your listing to. We have been scaling our database since 2012 and now have a huge database of commercial owners, developers, investors, brokers, agents. Many who have narrowed in their preferences to choose what they want or don't want to receive. This increases accuracy and gives you better engagement with our service. Email blasts go out to +/- 120,000 recipients and most campaigns are averaging 5-10% open rates.

As with all digital marketing, it can take several exposures to get the most out of the ad. We would recommend that you plan to run the email campaign several times over a short period of time - 6 weeks or so. This will give you the best chance of success and we even have special blast packages to let you do this, cheaper than buying the blasts individually. Contact your account manager for more details.

Email blasts and property listings both play a vital role in commercial real estate marketing. Property listings provide a searchable database where someone can come and search at anytime to find your listing. However, the major listing platforms' traffic is heavily diluted because all of their visitors are not looking for property in your area. So they may have a high number of visitors but in reality the traffic specifically looking for your type of deal in your area is more narrow. So while listings are the old school way and still should be used, you can drive MORE TRAFFIC to those listings by sending out an email blast and linking your email blast to that listing or OM. Usually this will greatly excel the eyes on your property.

If you've used other email blast services that allow you to use their own data, then we have a special program for you to switch to our service and not have any risk at all. We guarantee that we will provide you more opens or more clicks than your email campaign with our competitor. If we don't perform better, you'll get a full refund. We look at opens/clicks because this is the only real way to compare email services. All other factors rely on the property itself, the price of the property, the return, etc which we have no control over. But this is a fair way to monitor email performance and remove risk for our clients.

Absolutely. You'll be able to see how many opens and clicks you get for every blast that you send. We also display the data over a timeline so that you can see how many opens you are getting per hour after the blast is sent. If you have multiple links, you also see the stats for each link individually.
